Our current AI sub-processors include:

We may change or add AI providers over time. We will update this policy accordingly and ensure all sub-processors meet our data protection standards.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Infrastructure Providers — we host our application and store data using reputable cloud infrastructure providers. Data is stored in secure, access-controlled environments.

- Secure, access-controlled infrastructure environments
We are actively pursuing SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications to formally validate our security practices.

Uploaded documents and extracted data are retained for 24 hours, then automatically deleted from our systems. Uploaded documents are accessible only to the account that submitted them.
Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).
